As owner and operating manager of
Hoffman Services, Inc. for 20 years, Mr. Hoffman designed and built
specialized custom homes, medical and telecommunication facilities.
Following this, he became involved in large civil projects, such
as the LA Metro Rail, LA Rapid Transit and LA Subway projects.
Currently he is involved in a number of project oversite, claims
analysis, assessment and preparation cases.
His extensive knowledge and experience in the construction
industry makes him a valuable asset in litigation support and expert
